“Over every mountain there is a path, although it may not be seen from the valley.”

Living and practicing in the foothills of Mount Mansfield, I am always struck by how the mountain looks different everyday. For something that is as solid and stable as a mountain, it is always changing, dependent on the light, the weather, the season, and the time of day.

I help good people who are experiencing mental struggles rebuild and rediscover themselves. Using a calm and understanding presence, I use an eclectic approach to help my clients identify the source of their distress, explore a range of different coping skills to eventually find a healthier way to approach whatever is causing their mental distress. Iwork in general from an person-centered approach, where I coach the client through the process of exploring what their motivations are and what is blocking them from achieving their best life.
